Description

    Moisture affects everything we use every day. In many cases, it is important to be able to accurately determine the moisture content of a sample. Our MD-720A moisture meter makes moisture measurement easier, faster and more efficient.

    MD-720A moisture analyzer has the following advantages:

Electromagnetic force sensor is used for weighing, with high weighing accuracy and good repeatability.

    Moisture analyzer measures the moisture content of the sample through the principle of loss-on-drying, that is, the moisture content of the sample is calculated by weighing the weight lost by the sample during heating. The load cell is the core component of the moisture analyzer, and the quality of the load cell affects the final measurement result. The electromagnetic force sensor is recognized as a high-precision sensor, which has the characteristics of high measurement resolution, sensitivity and reliability.

Halogen lamps are used for heating.

    Compared with infrared heat sources, halogen lamps have the advantages of fast heating speed and uniform heating.

The bottom of the halogen lamp is equipped with a high light transmittance quartz glass. While protecting the halogen lamp, it can also avoid the fact that the actual heating temperature is much higher than the measured temperature caused by the direct irradiation of the halogen lamp on the sample.

Various measurement methods.

    There are automatic mode and timer mode. Users can choose the measurement method according to actual needs. The highest test temperature is 200°C, and the longest timing time is 99 minutes.

5 segment curves can quickly judge the measurement progress.

    The unique 5-segment curve diagram can help users quickly judge the measurement situation according to the curve situation.
