Universal Testing Machine

Electromechanical universal testing machine.

The sensing force value ranges from 10N-100KN, and the force value accuracy is ±0.5% or ±1%, which can meet most of the testing requirements for products or raw materials in the rubber and plastics industry.

In terms of structure, it is divided into single column and double column. The maximum test force value of  single column universal testing machine is 5KN, and the double column universal testing machine must be used if the required test force value is greater than 5kN.

Controls method are divided into digital display and computer control. The number of items that can be tested by different control methods is different, and the corresponding method can be selected according to actual needs to reduce the budget.

Two Roll Mill

Two roll mill is a test machine specially used for rubber mixing and batching in the rubber and plastics industry. The required color and quality can be achieved through the mixing test of raw materials and compounding ingredients, and then the experimental results can be applied to the production line.

internal Mixer

Internal mixer is design for formulation development and experimentation in universities and research laboratories. It is suitable for mixing, dispersing, blending, plasticizing, and other formulation testing and processing of a wide range of materials such as rubber, plastics, silicone, and engineering-modified materials. It is widely used in formula testing of raw materials such as rubber tires, automotive products, hoses, seals, shoes, wires and cables, rubber auxiliaries, electronics, EVA, PVC, TPR, PE, PP, PC, metal powders, ceramics, etc.

Differential Scanning Calorimeter

Differential scanning calorimeter is a fundamental tool in thermal analysis. It can be used in many industries – from pharmaceuticals and polymers, to nanomaterials and food products. Differential scanning calorimetry measures heat flow for material characterization by providing thermal properties such as melting point, glass transition, and crystallization. DSC is used in a wide range of quality control and R&D areas.
