In terms of heating system, MD-100A moisture analyzer uses ring halogen lamp as the heating source. The ring halogen lamp not only heats up fast, it can quickly heat up to 200℃ in 2 minutes; And the heating is uniform, and it will not dry out in a certain position. A quartz glass with high light transmission rate is installed under the ring halogen lamp, which not only protects the halogen lamp, but also effectively prevents the halogen lamp from directly irradiating the product and causing the heating temperature to exceed the set value.
In terms of weighing system, MD-100A moisture analyzer uses an electromagnetic force sensor. Compared with the strain sensor, the electromagnetic force sensor not only has fast weighing speed and good accuracy, but also has higher weighing accuracy, which can reach 0.1mg.
In terms of measurement methods, MD-100A moisture analyzer has two measurement methods: automatic measurement mode and timed measurement mode. The measurement temperature can be freely adjusted between room temperature and 200 ℃. Users can choose suitable measurement methods based on their own needs.
